eBookstore SaaS Platform

Business Model

Implementation

Any Customer planning to adapt Digibooks4All platform for the management and distribution of e-books can implement one of the following two different approaches.

Implementation Scenario 1 - Full Deployment

Under this scenario, customer uses all five modules of Digibooks4All platform. A specific URL will be assigned to his web store front and his customers will be browsing this web site for e-book purchasing. Administration Console module will be responsible for administrative tasks of the web store front and the DRM Server. Mobile applications under his brand name will be uploaded in the mobile markets (Apple, Android). The following figure represents the architecture of Scenario One.

Implementation Scenario 1 - Full Deployment

Implementation Scenario 2 - Partial Deployment

Under this second scenario, customer's existing on-line bookstore will integrate the functionality required for both printed and electronic books (e-books), while still using the Digibooks4all infrastructure for its DRM needs and the access to the content from all mobile applications. The only module not in use in this alternative implementation approach, is the web store front. The following figure represents the architecture of Scenario Two.

Implementation Scenario 2 - Partial Deployment
